Before painting these birds, I wasn’t a big fan of watercolor. But starting with that, I knew it would be a whole new collection! The birds evolved during the coming months. They play one of the most important roles in my work as an artist. And they are also the most often ordered motif. I think it’s because of their lightness and humor.
